Consultancy

We provide two strands of consultation whether you are a residential home, Local Authority, or other type of professional we offer our consultation services from both an operational and clinical perspective.

Operationally – We support services with one to one supervisions, coaching and mentoring , staff buddy schemes, independent investigations, training and awareness sessions, advocacy, home audits and regulation 44 inspections.

Clinically – We support organisations and staff to think about their homes, children, and staff teams in a therapeutic and psychologically informed way. Some recent examples of consultations we have provided are:

• A Psychological perspective on our Child’s Dissociation: What are they doing, why, and how do we support them?
• What are my staff teams own “triggers” (barriers to being therapeutic) when working with our children and how can we support them?
• Helping carers to connect before correcting!
